How much should I feed my fish per day & how MUCH? (2 tinfoil barbs & 2 oscars)?

My 4 fish are in the same tank. Some websites that I saw say to only feed once a day and some say feed barbs several times a day. How much should I be feeding them? They're in the same tank. I feed both pellets and bloodworms. What is the correct amount to feed them???
They're still really young in age. My oscars are babies...The tinfoils are small! I know they're young too.
 
well just take the fish food and feed a little and see how much they eat within 2 minutes if they eat it all feed a little more.
