Ok this is a little embarrassing but i weigh 200lbs but i dont look it. i would like to get rid of my love handles and make my stomach flat again. i am okay with the rest of my body. can anyone suggest any good exercises for the stomach. i am really dedicated to losing the weight so can anyone tell me about how long it would take to achieve this goal if i do the exercises daily. i really dont want to lose any weight in any other areas only my stomach
