i recently joined and my first day i did 5 mins cross trainer (thats all i could handle was in agony but struggled on with rest) i did 20 mins on bike and 35 mins on treadmill, i am in absolute agony with the tops of my legs to the point they keep giving way and i can hardly walk??? everyone keeps saying ohhhh its good for u to feel it dont be wimp etc etc and others r saying i done too much too soon i dont think i could physically keep this up if its gonna be like this all time, HELPPPPP!!!! thankyou xx
