How much should I charge to paint the interior and rip up all the flooring of a 1700

sf home? A friend of mine is purchasing a new condo that is thrashed. It is 1700 square feet with 24 foot high walls and ceiling in the main common area and stairway. Every wall will need to be scrubbed and patched by me, then painted. After, she wants me to rip up all the carpet and the linoleum in the kitchen and both bathrooms and remove tac board and excess glue. It's just me completing this job and would like to finish within a week. Start Monday and finish Friday. Ive noticed the average for professionals is between $1.50-$2.00 per square foot to paint the interior. Im am no professional, however, I have 6 years experience and proven track record (she likes my walls haha), but $2500 seems high to patch, scrub, and paint. THE PROBLEM I cant find anything about cost to remove flooring. Even when I call flooring companies, they wont quote me without the "purchase of a new floor". MY QUESTION...what would YOU pay for this labor (painting and flooring) in the allotted time assuming the job is to your standards? thanks
