How much should I charge for business office?

I am going to do an estimate on 2 bathroom, 6 to 7 offices plus a conference room and a lobby area plus a small kitchen. The bussiness wants it cleaned bi-weekly.. but they want the bathrooms and kitchen and lobby area cleaned once a week. What is the going rate? Any advice would be appreciated.. Thanks.
