i think the most you will get for it on craigslist is 2000, but if you put it on ebay, you'll get more for it, but may have to ship it, and the blasters have that problem with the back brakes because of them being disk and not hydrolic
I'm selling my 2006 yamaha yfz 450 and I'm not sure what to start out asking for it. It's in good shape and just had a new jet kit put on it a few months back. It has a bill ballance exhaust and nerd bars. The only problem with it is the back brakes. I think it needs a new brake line.
and then add 25% to the price.
Honestly - a typical buyer will see, say, acar. If it needs new brakes and it costs $250 to fix they'll try to argue $750 or $1000 off the price. best to fix it or sell as is if u don;t want the headache. I've mainly worked on cars for 15 years but find that the same pricinciples ap[ply to bikes. I changed front and rears on my cousin's bike. Only thing I needed was torque specs.
