How much sales should I expect from my newly-hired outside sales associates?

I own a custom t-shirt/hoodie business in Philadelphia Pa. We adorn Tee's and Hoods with our unique designs. We just hired two (2) outside sales associates to hit-the-streets to get our merchandise into stores, shops, bars, pedestrians hands, etc. Whatever it takes. How should I calculate their performance? What should I consider a 'minimum' daily sales volume per associate. Our merchandise is priced to sell to individuals, but may be priced too high to sell to stores AND still make a profit.
