Well, my two oldest eat school lunches every week day so I try to balance that at home by making meals with vegetables from our garden (I still have plenty of potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, squash, etc.) and wild game. My husband is a hunter and provides us with meat throughout the year according to what is in season. I just made a trip to the store and the only processed food I brought home is a boxed corn muffin mix, two cans of soup, and some margarine. Everything else is fresh produce.
