how much of what should a vegetarian 13 month old eat? fish is OK.?

y the hell do you have a 13 month old vegetarian? thats obviously your preference...not his/hers so you need to get some mean and protein in his diet. Is he not allowed to have meat? im confused.
Anyhoo, yes...when they turn one they need whole milk. The fat is good for their brain developtment. I assume they can get as much as they want but until they know what they want I would think like 2-3 sippies a day or more wont hurt.
Food wise I feed mine a can of 3rd foods fruit and vegy each afternoon and night and sippies inbetween. Let them snack on Cherios, they r pretty good for the most part

I'm going to "shout" this just so you understand-

ONE CANNOT BE A VEGETARIAN AND STILL EAT FISH.

One would be called a pescetarian if fish were the only meat they ate.

Fish is OK but not too much tuna or fish that may have trace amounts of mercury and of course watch for bones. I think my kid was about 16 months when I started giving him fish sticks and he had a little salmon before that. He's been eating tuna casserole about twice a month since he was 18 months old. How much milk depends on how much other dairy they eat. A serving of milk is 4 oz at that age and you want at least 3 servings a day. Other sources of calcium include broccoli, spinach, okra and calcium fortified juice, pasta, cereal, bread or soy products.
