I was arrested for DUI, possession of marijuana when at the police station the officer took me in a female officer walked over told me to walk over to a counter put my hands flat on the top and spread my legs I did so, She ask if I had anything on me I told her no she frisked me and then took me to a chair where she handcuffed my hands to the side. After having my mug shot, finger prints taken and being ask a lot of questions 2 officers took me to a area where they took my shoes and socks and had me to strip down 1 officer told me to stop I had 2 lortabs in a baggie taped to the inside of the elastic of my panties.
Will them finding that after I told them I had nothing have an effect on the judge?
