How much of a difference does a coach make in the NBA?

Consider these scenarios:
A good coach w/ bad players, And Viceversa.

And what rating would you give other teams?
For example.
I believe the Mavs fall under 4 out of 5 rating coach, 5 out of 5 rating players.
Jazz 5 for coach, 4 for players
