How much of a chance? (I took a test)?

So I think I'm pregnant. I'm not asking about symptoms or anything, i just want veiws from others, maybe people that have had false negatives.
I took a test a few days ago, it was negative but i have all the signs. how much of a chance is there that i am pregnant but it isn't showing up?
I plan on taking another test in about a week, and going to the hospital if it is still negative because i have pretty much every sign of pregnancy.
i forgot to mention, it was a first responce test, i took it the day before yesterday, and i should have started yesterday.
 
I would say there is a good chance Im about 30 days late and have a lot of signs and I have never missed a period. The only i have is when I was pregnant with my first. Good Luck and hope u that BFP.
