How much muscle could you build by lifting free weights 4 times a week for 3 months?

yea thats about it. thanks!!
and also should i be doing more than one excersice for each muscle or is just one workout alright?
 
Unless you are a body builder or have years of experience with with weight lifting, your body needs at least 48 hours to recover from each session. I would try for 3 times a week. Also make sure you have the proper diet.
