How much more tax will my parents pay when the Obama tax hikes go into effect in 2010 ?

Here are the details:

Income $78,000
No mortgage
No special deductions
4 % goes into 401 k
Married with 2 children
Washington State

My mom says more than $2,500 , but I don't believe it .
