i live in melbourne australia. it would cost me a large amount. however, if i was in the philippines on luzon within easy reach of manila airport it would cost a lot less. flights from manila to cagayan de oro with cebu pacific are cheap, and when cebu pacific have a sale it is even cheaper
it also depends what standard of hotel you stay in
