i have a 1989 cadillac sedan deville that i want to sell it runs great, but has a bad transmission and minor left front fender damage. other than that everything else is in great condition.
 
runs great and bad transmission do not go in the same sentence.

a 20 year old car with a bad tranny and fender damage is spare parts or as the other user said a donation.

$200 trade in value
 
"Bad transmission and minor left front fender damage". Other than that is in great condition. That's like saying "will run if fixed". It isn't worth more than a few hundred dollars. It isn't a classic and as someone else suggested, you would be better off taking the tax write-off as a donation.
