how much manure would i need to enhance the soil in a 12 x 16 vegetable garden ? the garden does fine but i've been planting in it for 5 yrs now and all i have put into it is wood ash and leaves yearly. i just thought it might be time to give it a little boost. i would not be using fresh manure, only composted.
