How much less should I pay for a Honda Civic that had been in an accident?

Doing some shopping on the internet, I found a 2005 Honda Civic with 83k miles and was listed for 9950. I looked at the Car Fax report and it said it had been in a front end accident. Will this car still be okay to buy, and can I negotiate a cheaper price?
