I eat fuji apples, but I can't eat them whole so I slice them and bring them to school.
But, they turn kind of brownish by then so I would like to keep them fresh with lemon juice. I bought a small bottle of it (where they sell them for 88 cents in the fruit section)
How much lemon juice should I pour into a bowl, and how much water do I add to the mixture?
How long do I soak the apple slices? And how long do I lay them to dry on a paper towel?
