I have a friend who just got arrested and is in jail right now awaiting trial/someone to bail him out... it's expensive bail. It's his third time getting arrested. He had a few ounces of weed (3-4) along with a scale and cash so they know he was dealing. How much jail time / other consequences is he looking at? Thanks. Don't be a douche and reply that he shouldn't have been selling, cause that really just doesn't help believe it or not.
