how much jail time does a second degree dealing in stolen property carry?

i ponded 2 peices of jewelry that was stolen from a breaking and entering case. did not know it was stolen i received 90$ for both peices i was charged with dealing in stolen property a second degree felony. i dont have a criminal backround other than driving on a suspended license
 
16months(low),2years(med.)3years(top)-if you went to prison-but with your record probably probation with a little jail time!You got to watch what you do.Did you tell yet-that might help if you wan't to have a rat jacket on you! I'd say tell them where you got the stuff,if you didn't know it was stolen!Good Luck!
 
just community service without videos of you stealing it which you didn't thats what you said 30 days - 90 of community otherwise you can accept the charges on a lower whatever less community service or fight and see who comes up on camera (if the store that was robed had one)
