Have had service w/ ATT for at least 15 years. I am out of contract and still have the Razr.
I was reading a comment left on an article about the new Verizon iPhone and someone said all their friends had ATT iphone plans "with text messaging, Internet access, GPS and email for less than $64 a month." End of quote.
How could that be? My cell phone minutes only, no texting, is that much per month.
Plus, when I checked perhaps 8 months ago, I was told that with Internet access and GPS only it would be $100 a month. The breakdown as I recall was: GPS was $10 a month, the Internet access was about $50 and the other $40 + was for cell phone use. So, at that time I just purchased a new Razr at Wal Mart as opposed to upgrading my Razr to an iPhone (for $100) as the minimum plan was $100 and more than I wanted to pay.
Have rates gone down???
