how much is too much?

my sterio has two alpine top of the line speakers a 500 watt alpine amp and a 10 inch sub how much more power can i put in it or is this a good all around setup im also into snow boarding and my car is a 1986 civic hatch back
 
That's enough.
Any more money allocated to cars, you should save to get a newer car.
