I don't know about Pennsylvania. In Colorado is $4.99 + tax and without drink.
Hours for the buffet are 11am - 2pm.

Tip:
Don't go after 1pm, they don't replace pizzas.
You better go between 11 and 12:30. If you feel like eating later than that, go another day.

Pizza only for £4.99
Pizza, Pasta and Salad for £5.99

The hours for this are 12 noon until 2.30pm
