Im thinking about getting the htc mogul and flashing it to metro pcs but i heard you have to have the expensive plan $65 in order for the phone to work..i dont have $65 to pay every month...my dad has the finesse and he has to have the expensive plan to work....is it true that i have to have the $65 plan to if i get the HTC Mongul phone???
