how much is the alias 2 from verizon?

i want to buy the alias 2 from verizon in the store. looking at it online it says the full retail price $319.00. the price with 2 year contract is is $99.00. the online discount is -$70.00 so it says my price is $39.99 so im all confused. if i walk into verizon to buy the phone with an upgrade how much money do i need for that phone????
