i am going to be 17 years old and want to know the how much the insurance will be.

Ask an insurer - If someone on here has recently insured just one of those and IF their other complex details are the same as yours and IF they can be bothered to answer you will get a good figure.
In fact save your time as although being a rotary engine and thus it is classed as 1.3 litre you will not get insured on it at 17 years old anyway- nice try though.
