I am a 16 year old female. My birthday was June 30th, and I have yet to get my license. My parents refuse to pay for my insurance, nor will they let me use their cars. I was thinking about buying a car, but I would like to know, what's an estimate of what my insuracne is going to cost. Does it make a difference whether or not I have a car to drive? I really just want my license, even if I don't get to use it, but I don't want to pay some outrageous insurance fee. My insurance would most likely be under Allstate (my dad works there, would that lower it?).
