How much is an Iphone for an At&t costumer?

If you aren't eligible for an upgrade, then an iPhone 3GS will run you around $400 for 16GB, 32GB is $500.
It's only $99 if you are eligible for an upgrade or if you are getting a 2 new year contract.
 
I want an Iphone, I have been with At&t for 4 years now, but I am not eligable for an upgrade untill November. How much would this cost? I've seen in some places that they cost around $100, but im not sure if that is for people who already are with At&t. Would it be around like $500?
