How much is a phone if I add it to an existing T-Mobile plan?

My phone broke and my mom said that it costs too much to get another phone to add to the plan and replace my old phone. We have T-Mobile, and my mom, dad, and me are in the plan. I want to get a Samsung Gravity 2 (Deep Ocean Blue) for T-Mobile. How much would that be plus a new sim card to add onto the plan (Or do we just tell the T-Mobile people that we want to replace my old phone with a new one?). HELP!!!
My phone drowned in water =(. Thats why I need a new sim card.
