I wonder if the N76 is suffering from the same DRM nonsense that the N75 is rumored to be having, with Microsoft taking their sweet time signing off on it.

I don't think so because I don' tthink the N76 is going to be marketed as having it. The N75 needed it because it's a Music Phone for Cingular. Cingular recently announced their music initiative as a partnership wtih Napster and Yahoo Music!, both PlaysForSure services.

Actually it supposed to have it according to the Nokia guys I talked to at CES, as well as from forum Nokia.
