...Publishing Company. London Edition? My friend has a book called " The Novels of Charles Dickens, David Copperfield, volume 1". It is a green hard-back book in fabulous condition (Not even a bent page) and at the top of the cover " The London Edition". It is published by The Caxton Publishing Company. Does anyone know which edition it is and how much it's worth
