How much is a 1996 Kawasaki zxi 1100 worth?

How much is it worth? The guy selling it is asking $2500.. NADA value is at $1550 which seems a little low to me. It has the original motor (not rebuilt). Estimated maybe 100hrs but do not know for sure. Needs the foot mats re-adhered and the hull is not in the greatest shape (scraped in multiple places). Comes with trailer.
