How much is a 1994 schwinn world sport road bike worth?

I am being offered a schwinn world sport road bike from 1995, just had $140 worth of work done to it, and I'm having it offered to me for $300. Good deal? It's in very good condition and rides like a new bike I've taken it for a few rides. Just curious what some professionals may think. Oh one more thing it's for a tall person (I'm 6'6") and fits me well not sure if that ups the price or not.

hard to tell without knowing weight, materials, components used
how many gears?
if it;s a 10 speed, about $100
14 speed, maybe 150
