How much is a 1986 Kawasaki 454 LTD worth?

I am trading my second car for a motorcycle and I'm not sure if it's a good trade. My car is a 1994 Jetta III GL with a kbb value of 900-1200 and has several problems (cheap fixes, I just don't want to). I haven't been able to find any other bikes like the 454 on ebay or craigslist...
