Hi everyone. I am a 21 year old about to purchase my first car. I will be financing 3,000-6,000 dollars and paying the rest in cash if that makes a difference. (I am thinking a car in the $10,000-13,000 range and I have $7,000 cash) I have never made a major purchase before like this, but I have never been late on my utilities, rent, or internet, and I've been renting my own apartment since I was 19 (Does this factor into my credit rating at all?) Sorry but I am rather clueless. I am just looking for a ballpark estimate on what I'd be expecting to pay for an interest rate on a car given this info. Thanks for the help.
