How much information is sent over XBOX Live?

I mean like I am looking for High Speed Internet and I managed to find someone who provides it where I live. But it is not unlimited it is only 6GB. I would probably play 4-7 hours a day (I live in the country so there is nothing else to do). So my question is how much would of the amount would I use?
