How much should I pay for a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250? It has about 3200 miles on it. It has never been laid down. It looks pretty much brand new. There are a few minor scratches on the gas tank, maybe a chip in the paint. The previous owner was a 50 year old woman so it more than likely hasn't been abused... Tires look good. I know the Bluebook price on it is about 2600 but...
