How much fat does cooking meat reduce?

Last night I cooked up a 2.5 pound package of Jenny-O 93% lean ground turkey. At the end, I drained off a fair amount of fat and juices left from cooking. And it got me wondering... The packaging says that there are 8 grams of fat per serving. But is that before or after I cooked and drained the fat? If the number is calculated "before," then how much fat do you really consume per serving? I don't like pink in meats, so that should help me, I'd think. Am I looking at maybe 4 grams? Less? Thanks in advance!
