How much exercise should i do in a week????

you should do 30 minutes a day, every day to be healthy. also dont eat too much junk or theres no point in exercising

Depends on how much you do already and what you are exercising for, but the usual recommendation is at least half an hour every day. If you exercise every day, remember to give yourself days off to recover.
 
You can do 4 days of week Mon. Wed. Fri. and Sun. Leaving 1 day for rest which is very very important.

You should do 3 days of week.

I do 2 days of week, I'm a teenager.
