I want to get back into exercise after nine days of extreme fatigue and basically just laying about with no energy. I feel very energetic all of a sudden and it's my first day of recovery. I did heaps of housework that I needed to catch up with and I still am bursting with energy. How much exercise can i start doing? fifteen minutes, half an hour or more?
I had a virus and low iron and now I feel like I am well ...
