This is for a party of about 45-60 people. I estimate about 15-30 people will drink it since I am charging a fee for the cup. We are using a 18 gallon container to mix it in. So far we have:
1/2 Gallon of Everclear
4 Gallons of Red Hawaiian
4 2 Liter Sprites
1 Gallon of Citrus Punch
2 Pineapples
I'm just curious if I should use the entire handle of everclear, or maybe just half. I'm looking for a ratio that will get the job done, but will not be too much for people to overdo it. I just want to make sure that if people don't know their drinking limitations, they won't drink too much and get sick. Also any suggestions on what to add mixer wise would be gladly appreciated.
