How much does renting a full Tobiume spirit (Bleach) cosplay outfit cost?

(Wig,costume and bells )? I would like to cosplay as Tobiume Spirit (Human form) for an anime festival. How much does renting the full cosplay cost? I am from Singapore and I would like to rent it from Otaku House. If you are not from Singapore it's okay I just want the estimated cost.
-Wig with hairpins
-full kimono costume
-Shoes?
-scarf and bells
