Hi. I wanted to order these 7 books from Amazon.com from the same seller but do not wanna have to pay for that standard shipping of $3.99 x 7.
I contacted the seller and he/she said that the shipping will approximately be only $4 but had to follow Amazon.com's regulation first of multiplying the shipping charges by 7. He/she will only then credit the extra shipping charges back to my account.
I was wondering whether has it always been this case when we order multiple items in Amazon.com? As in the seller will charge the extra shipping charges back? And how will that be done?
Thank you. Just making sure that this is not a hoax or sth.
