Well, you are asking for a lot of info there, much to much to reasonably answer. So I will stick to the body armor.
A lot of that depends on which armor. The last generation is the Interceptor Body Armor, or IBA. The complete set with trauma plates comes in at around 33 lbs.
The newest is the Improved Outer Tactical Vest, or IOTV. This weighs around 30 lbs. Add in ammunition pouches, grenades, and that gives another 5 lbs or so. 4-10 lbs for water. 8-25 lbs for weapon (could even be more). The new helmet is the MICH, and it weighs around 3.6 lbs.
Then there is the MOLLE rucksack, which when fully loaded can be anywhere from 35-100 lbs. And the other misc. gear that we carry. Radios, camelback hydration bladders, flash lights, first aid kits, MREs, books, MP3 players, etc.
