How much does military body armor weigh?

Well, you are asking for a lot of info there, much to much to reasonably answer. So I will stick to the body armor.

A lot of that depends on which armor. The last generation is the Interceptor Body Armor, or IBA. The complete set with trauma plates comes in at around 33 lbs.

The newest is the Improved Outer Tactical Vest, or IOTV. This weighs around 30 lbs. Add in ammunition pouches, grenades, and that gives another 5 lbs or so. 4-10 lbs for water. 8-25 lbs for weapon (could even be more). The new helmet is the MICH, and it weighs around 3.6 lbs.

Then there is the MOLLE rucksack, which when fully loaded can be anywhere from 35-100 lbs. And the other misc. gear that we carry. Radios, camelback hydration bladders, flash lights, first aid kits, MREs, books, MP3 players, etc.

About 40-50 pounds with front back and side plates in the new IOTVs
(Improved outer tactical vests)

It depends on several different variables: unit, job, operation...etc. I travel relatively light but sometimes kits can weigh about as much as the guy carrying it and more. During airborne operations, with chute, reserve, pack, weapons, helmet, vest, etc somebody like me that weighs about 160 can weigh about 280. Then again, specialized units travel light and fast and typically carry as little as possible but that's not always the case.
