How much does it cost to unlock a vodafone mobile?

£10 all phones are £10 unlock dont let that chump steal ur money and i swear vodafone doesnt work in america so why u go $25 instead of £25 and plus u cant unlock online thats just dumb.
 
Okay, i want this phone but it only comes with vodafone. I want to unlock it to switch to telstra. By doing it through on the vodafone website. Does anyone know how much it costs to unlock it. Because it says save $25 by doing it online.
