How much does it cost to replace a Exhaust on a 87 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird?

All these 87 Trans Am Firebirds I look at seem like they could use a new exhaust according to the owners, Its a 305 TPI 700r4 auto trans. So I was wondering how much this would run for, for the part, then labor?
He also claims it needs a $60 Distributor and thats why it stalls?
 
buy the dis. and then get straight pipes. Straight pipes are bad!!! meaning awesome, i have a 00 firebird and i have straight pipes. Doesnt cost much at all..compared to 500$$ exhaust systems....seriously..u`ll be glad.
