how much does it cost to re-attach side mirror that is dangling on Toyota Camry?

Anyone know about how much it cost to re-attach the mirror; It is Dangling thank goodness for the cable holding it?? Or is there any type of Glue that will hold it??? Lerners Driver hit a Pole!!
