How much does it cost to keep the electricity in a photography studio that is...

...in zoned commercial territory? I'm not going to be there all day, it's by appointment only. It was designed to be a studio though and therefore has NO windows, but is rather large as well.
When I do shoots in it, I'll be using high-powered strobes, and of course electricity to light the whole studio.
I live in Fort Worth, TX if that matters.
I've free-lanced for awhile, but running a business in a building is TOTALLY new to me. I've never owned or rented commercial property before.
I'm not renting it now... If I had, I would have done some research prior and would have known what I was getting into as far as electricity costs go.
Husbands boss pulled some strings with friends and opportunity has arisen for me to use empty property until leasers come along though, and I really CAN'T say no, unless the electricity is more than I can afford.
Really, how much MORE is commercial electricity than residential where you are?
2x? 3x? more? I really don't know WHAT to expect!
I'll talk to people soon enough, but until then, I'd like to at LEAST have a ballpark at what I'm looking at to keep the lights on each month so I can add it to my business plan. thanks!
